2. Promotion Name

Win Dan’s Personal Seats” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”).

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Colorado who are 18 years or older at time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, and members of their immediate families and/or household members are not eligible.

4. Entry Period

Sweepstakes begins December 17, 2025 at 12:00 PM MT and ends December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM MT (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s clock is official.

5. How to Enter

Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Entry Period, regardless of entry method.

Method A (Facebook Comment Entry):

During the Entry Period, comment on the official Sweepstakes post on the Jacobs Law Facebook Page with either:

(i) a cropped screenshot showing “303-LAW-4040” saved in your phone contacts, OR

(ii) the words “ENTER ME” (no screenshot required).

Important privacy note: If you submit a screenshot, please crop it so it only shows “303-LAW-4040” saved. Do not include other contacts, phone numbers, or personal notifications.

Method B (Mail-in Alternative Method of Entry, AMOE):

Mail a 3”x5” card with your name, city/state, phone number, and email (optional) to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025 and received by January 3, 2026.

No purchase, payment, or agreement to receive marketing communications is required to enter or win. “Liking” the Page and/or saving the number is not required to enter.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive: Two (2) tickets to the season finale game against “The Bolts” currently scheduled on or about [game date to be confirmed] (the “Prize”).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500.

Prize conditions:

Transportation, parking, concessions, and any other expenses are the winner’s sole responsibility.

Tickets are subject to issuer/venue terms and conditions.

No substitution, assignment, or transfer except at Sponsor’s discretion.

If the game is rescheduled, the Prize will be for the rescheduled date. If canceled without reschedule, Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable value or award nothing, as permitted by law.

7. Winner

Selection and Odds
On January 1, 2026 at approximately 12:00 PM MT, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds depend on number of eligible entries.

8. Winner Notification / Claiming Prize

Potential winner will be notified via Facebook comment and/or direct message and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release (where lawful), and provide ID verification within 48 hours of notification. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or cannot accept the Prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting the Prize the winner grants Sponsor permission to use winner’s first name/last initial, city/state, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, forged, or violates these Rules or platform rules. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or platform outages.

11. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its employees/agents from any liability arising from participation or acceptance/use of the Prize, except where prohibited by law.

12. Meta Disclaimer (required)

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta/Facebook. Entrants release Meta/Facebook from any liability related to this Sweepstakes.

13. Privacy

Sponsor will use information provided by entrants to administer the Sweepstakes, contact the winner, and maintain records as required by law. Sponsor requests screenshot submissions be cropped to avoid revealing personal data.

14. Winners List

For the winner’s name (first name/last initial, city/state), send a request by mail to:
